Redn Technologies is looking for a results-driven Business Sales Executive to join our growth team. You will be at the forefront of expanding our market presence and building strategic partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT services market and a proven track record of closing high-value deals. You'll work closely with our leadership team to define and execute sales strategies that drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Acquisition
Identify and proactively reach out to potential clients through various channels to build a robust sales pipeline.

Strategic Networking
Represent Redn at industry events and networking forums to foster key business relationships.

Client Consultations
Conduct presentations and consultations to understand client needs and propose tailored IT solutions.

Deal Closing
Negotiate contracts and manage the end-to-end sales cycle to ensure high conversion rates.
Requirements
- Proven track record of at least 3+ years in B2B IT sales.
- Deep understanding of Web Development, Software Solutions, and Digital Marketing services.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Experience using CRM tools for pipeline management.
