About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and clear-spoken Telecaller to join our customer engagement team. You will be the first point of contact for many of our potential clients, helping them understand our services and value.
Your role involves reaching out to leads, handling inquiries, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer journey. We value persistence, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities

Outbound Engagement
Initiate calls to potential customers using provided leads to explain products and services.

Inquiry Handling
Address customer questions and concerns professionally while providing accurate information about our IT solutions.

Lead Tracking
Maintain a detailed database of client interactions and follow-ups to support the sales pipeline.

Sales Coordination
Schedule appointments and demos between potential clients and our business development managers.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to be persuasive, resilient, and patient on calls.
- Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, CRM basics).
- Prior experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred but freshers can also apply.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
